20th November this year, the Małgorzata Wach’s novel”Każdy ma swoje Kilimandżaro”[ „Everybody has one’s own Kilimanjaro”] will appear under the imprint of “ZNAK” publishing house.
We can find there the profiles of participants, expedition daily report, photographs showing mountaineering, but first of all – the story of “Kilimanjaros” which were to climb by the participants before they have been offered to take part in Afryka expedition. This is the story about pain, loneliness, lack of complete understanding. The story about accepting yourself when the accident or severe illness deprives you of what you always have had: hands, legs, physical fitness; the story of discovering your life once again, about love, friendship, the power of dreams and human will… About where and what everyone of us can reach if we only take our courage in both hands just to try ….
20 listopada br., nakładem wydawnictwa ZNAK, ukazała się książka pt. „Każdy ma swoje Kilimandżaro”, której autorką jest Małgorzata Wach.
Znajdują się w niej sylwetki uczestników, relacja z wyprawy dzień po dniu, fotografie ze wspinaczki, a przede wszystkim opowieść o „Kilimandżarach”, które uczestnicy musieli pokonać, zanim zaproponowano im wyprawę do Afryki. Będzie to opowieść o bólu, samotności, niezrozumieniu. O tym jak trudno zgodzić się na samego siebie, kiedy wypadek lub ciężka choroba odbierają nam coś, co mieliśmy: ręce, nogi, sprawność; ale też opowieść o radości odkrywania życia na nowo, o miłości, przyjaźni, sile marzeń i ludzkiej woli. O tym, że każdy z nas może dojść tam, gdzie chce, jeśli tylko znajdzie w sobie odwagę, żeby spróbować…
